Last June I jumped on the opportunity to participate in a photo shoot hosted by Ruffled Wedding Blog & designed by one of my favorite “friendors”, Leda of Events Held Dear. I’ve been so wanting to shoot here at Jorgensen ever since touring it with one of my best friends when she was venue hunting for her wedding. Leda has such a knack for fresh, modern event design that is still approachable and romantic. When I walked into the greenhouse, I was greeted by a vibrant, joyful color color palette that just screamed summer. Old Slate Farm picked out the most incredible blooms, I had never seen yellow peonies! It made me so happy to shoot florals that were colors I don’t often see at weddings. I’m hoping more brides incorporate some of these colors into their plans (and hire me and these amazing vendors so we can work together again haha)!
